Prices per night flat plus local tax.
Arrival and departure
Please note that your apartment is ready for occupancy from 15:00 at the earliest on the day of arrival. On the day of departure we can make your apartment available to you until 9:00 am. If you arrive after 19:00, please let us know.
Deposit For a firm booking we require a deposit of 40% of the total price. The remaining amount is due 14 days before arrival.
Local tax
The local tax is 5,00€ per person (from 15 years) and night. This must be paid in cash on site.
Bread roll service
You can order fresh bread rolls for the apartments daily until 10:00 a.m. for breakfast, which you will find at the front door every morning.

Ski and hiking bus
Winter
A free ski bus runs during the day and takes you to the cable cars and directly to the center of St. Anton. In the evenings there is a night bus for a fee (at the beginning of December at weekends and then daily from mid-December). You can find the current ski bus timetable here.

From mid-June to the end of September there is a free hiking bus that takes you directly to the center of St. Anton. You can find the current ski bus timetable here.
